My mission is to empower those who are often overlooked and left behind, whether in local communities in the DRC or other developing regions around the world by equipping them with the skills and competencies needed to navigate and thrive in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. My ultimate goal is to bridge the gap between technology and underserved communities. Hence fostering not only economic growth but also social development across the world.
I co-founded Congo Excel Technologies (CET) in the DRC, where I served as the strategic visionary and led the company’s direction for nearly three years. I have also served as a member of the steering committee for SAMEA’s Tech-enabled MERL Community of Practice (CoP) in South Africa.
I have experienced the tangible benefits of tech-enabled evidence-based decision-making in communities so I advocate for the responsible use of tech to enhance processes. This involves responsibly leveraging technology to empower communities and improve lives, promoting the responsible use of the latest technological tools and platforms to support professional and development program activities, improving community engagement, and guiding impactful and informed decisions that drive sustainable change ultimately leading to better outcomes for communities.
